The original project involved the complete remodeling and renovation of a four-story building. A comprehensive reorganization of departments and traffic flow were developed to enhance and emphasize customer service. The first floor utilizes many retail marketing concepts like a cyber cafe, a concierge station, “purposeful” waiting areas, and remote teller systems.? A complete merchandising and fulfillment program was integrated throughout the facility.
A few years later, PG completed a second renovation of this facility to reflect the client’s updated corporate identity. PG worked with NB&T to implement PG Teller Pods and messaging kiosks creating a cultural shift to the universal banker approach to providing banking services and products to their customers.
