This NB&T branch facility is designed to accommodate existing customers as well as to attract a new client base. The exterior materials consist of a gray granite base, brick walls, and precast concrete cornice and entry canopy to match the main bank in Sycamore, Illinois. The interior lobby features an open central plan, high ceilings, and warm colors that welcome the customer.

More recently when the bank refreshed their corporate identity, PG completed a renovation of this facility. Following a shift to a universal banker approach, PG installed Teller Pods and messaging kiosks to facilitate relationship-building and cross-selling opportunities.
