The facility was built using PG PreFAB panels and was completed with a Design/Build/Lease-Back agreement.? Efficiencies derived from the prefabricated panel process made it possible for PG to deliver a design with high-quality features while reducing construction time to just five months?ultimately saving time and money for our client.
