Located in the Waterman Crossings Development among other retail facilities, this one-story, medical clinic was designed for Kishwaukee Health System to support a two-physician business model. In addition to traditional clinic amenities, the building includes a public Community Room and Break Room to facilitate relationships with community partners.
This project was constructed using PG?s prefabricated panels to save time and money, and delivered utilizing a design-build/lease-back arrangement.
