PG Design + Build developed this prototype design for the first installation of a new, one-story branch. The facility is designed to be very transparent across the interior and through the main entry. The teller
area services walk-up traffic from the 4-person teller island & drive-up traffic from the back counter with pneumatic tube stations.
The 0.63 acre site is a high-visibility, retail out lot located in Northeast Davenport on busy E. 53rd Street. Adjacent QSR chains such as Portillo’s and Raising Canes help drive traffic to the area. The PG team provided construction management through
a design/ build contract.
