Long-Term Maintenance Program

PG’s team completed an extensive exterior inspection program on many of the Rockford Fire Department Fire Stations. This work allowed for strategic budgeting of a long-term maintenance program, and subsequent bidding, and execution of the work.

PG worked with the department to develop a prototype layout for several stations to make it easier for firefighters to move between stations with comfort and familiarity. The design, development, and construction of each location
happened over several years as the strategic plan allowed for property acquisition and funding.
