Needing new administrative space, the Freeport Park District worked with PG to conduct a cost benefit analysis of a proposed addition to a residential building versus new construction. Using PG Design + Build saved the client time and money, and allowed for greater customization of a resource library, meeting room, and 3-bay indoor vehicle garage.
