PG was tasked by KishHealth System to create the Leishman Center for Culinary Health within a medical office building connected to Kishwaukee Hospital.? The Center provides educational space to promote healthy living through food as a part of KishHealth System?s full range of wellness programming.

The Center features a central cooking demonstration area and four participant kitchens to foster hands-on learning experiences for students.? With warm and inviting finishes along with professional grade equipment, the Center provides culinary instructors and registered dietitians a welcoming space to host cooking classes that appeal to all ages and skill levels.
